Most shapewear sits in warehouses for months before it reaches you. We don't work like that. Every order passes through our hands before it leaves them. Inspected, packed, sent.
That's why it takes 5-12 working days.
It's not the quickest route. It's the right one.
How it works.
- Order handling (2-7 working days). We inspect, hand-check, and pack every order ourselves. Some orders ship in days, others take a bit longer.
- Shipping (3-5 working days). Sent via a trusted SA courier partner. You'll get tracking the moment it leaves.
Total: 5-12 working days from order to door.
What it costs.
- Free shipping on orders over R1000.
- R90 flat rate on orders under R1000.
No surprise fees. No calculations. No charm pricing.
Where we ship.
South Africa only for now. Four pieces, one country, done properly. International will come when we can do it the same way.
Tracking your order.
You'll get a confirmation email the moment you check out, and a tracking link the moment your package leaves us. If you don't see it, check spam first, then reach out.
If something goes wrong.
- Late delivery: If your order takes longer than 12 working days, contact us. We'll chase it, or we'll refund.
- Lost in transit: Once we've shipped, the courier's tracking is the source of truth. If it's lost on their end, we'll work with them to find it or send a replacement.
- Damaged on arrival: Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace it.
