Fit and sizing.

Which size am I?

Every product has its own size chart on the Size Guide page. The charts use cm measurements and UK sizes. Measure yourself with a soft tape, compare to the chart, and go from there. If you're between sizes, see the next question.

I'm between two sizes. Which do I pick?

Depends on the piece. For The Everyday, The Active, and The Brief: size up. The larger size will feel right within a few wears, the smaller size may feel restrictive. For The Form: order your usual size, the fabric stretches significantly when worn and looks smaller in the package than expected.

I'm fuller-busted. What do I order?

The Active has a 3cm shallower cup than The Everyday at the same band size. If you're a D cup or above, consider sizing up in The Active. The Everyday and The Form are built for a wider range of cup depths.

The size I want is sold out. When will it be back?

Email us at info@comfycurve.co.za and we'll tell you what we know. We're a small operation, restocks happen but not on a fixed schedule.

Will the piece I receive look exactly like the images?

Close, not pixel-identical. Our imagery is colour-accurate as far as screens allow, and because we make in small batches the shade, trim, or finish can vary slightly between runs. If what arrives looks meaningfully different to what you expected, that is covered by the 30-day fit guarantee, and your Consumer Protection Act rights stand if an item is materially not as described.

Shipping.

How long does delivery take?

5 to 12 working days from order to your door. That's 2-7 days for us to prepare and inspect your order, plus 3-5 days with the courier. Full breakdown on the Shipping page.

How much is shipping?

R90 flat rate anywhere in South Africa. Free on orders over R1000.

Do you ship outside South Africa?

Not yet. We're South Africa only for now.

My order is taking longer than 12 working days. What now?

Email us at info@comfycurve.co.za with your order number. We'll track it down and follow up with the courier. If it's genuinely lost or delayed beyond our window, we'll make it right.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships, usually 2-7 working days after you place it.

Returns and exchanges.

What's your return window?

30 days from the day your order arrives. Plenty of time to try it on, wear it under what you'd actually wear it under, and decide.

What's the catch on try-ons?

Bras can be tried on as long as the tags and original packaging are intact. Panties and shapewear are intimate apparel, so the hygiene seal must be unbroken for returns. Full rules on the Returns page.

Who pays for return shipping?

You do, if you've changed your mind or the size isn't right. We're a new brand in our first season and we're keeping change-of-mind returns customer-paid while we find our feet. This will change as we scale.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

We cover it. Email us at info@comfycurve.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage. We'll cover the return shipping and you choose what happens next: replacement, refund, or store credit. This applies to manufacturing defects too, not just shipping damage.

How do refunds work?

Your choice. Refund to your original payment method, store credit, or an exchange for a different size or colour. Tell us which when you email us.

How long do refunds take?

10 working days from the day we receive your return. We inspect, process, and refund in that window.

The pieces.

Why only four pieces?

Because that's the brief we set ourselves. Four pieces, engineered to work, nothing else. The everyday bra. The high-waist brief. The sports bra. The shaping bodysuit. The edit, not the catalogue.

What are they made of?

Each product has its full composition listed on its own page. Generally: a polyamide and elastane blend, sometimes called nylon and lycra. Seamless construction throughout.

How do I wash them?

Hand wash where the product page says hand wash. Machine wash on a delicate cycle, cold water, inside a laundry bag where it's allowed. Never tumble dry. Air dry flat. Follow the spec on each product page, it's not the same across all four.

What's a "W-shape jelly strip"?

The Everyday's support system. A flexible silicone strip shaped like a W sits under the cup where an underwire usually goes. It gives lift without the wire pressing into your ribs. It's also why the bra holds its shape after dozens of washes.

Why a hidden snap on The Form?

Because a bodysuit is a one-piece, and one-pieces are a problem in the bathroom unless they open at the crotch. The hidden snap closure means you don't have to pull the whole thing off. Small detail, large quality-of-life difference.

Orders and payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, Zapper, SnapScan, and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay). Checkout runs through Payfast with bank-level encryption, so your details stay yours.

Can I change my order after I've placed it?

If your order hasn't shipped, yes. Email us at info@comfycurve.co.za with your order number and what needs to change. We'll do what we can.

Can I cancel my order?

Same answer. Before it ships, yes. After it ships, treat it as a return.

I didn't get an order confirmation email.

Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email us at info@comfycurve.co.za with the email address you used at checkout, and we'll find you.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Guest checkout is on. You're welcome to create an account at checkout if you want order history saved.
