Shipping policy

Shipping at a glance.

We deliver anywhere in South Africa. Delivery is free on every order.

Orders are delivered within 5 to 12 working days from the day you place them. That is 2 to 7 working days for us to prepare and inspect your order, plus 3 to 5 working days with the courier.

Tracking is included on every order. You will get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

If your order takes longer than 12 working days, email us with your order number and we will chase it or refund you.

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.
