Shapewear is a fit-first product. Every body is different, and no size chart can predict every fit on every body. That's why we give you 30 days to wear it, test it, decide. If it doesn't work, send it back.
The fit isn't a guess. It's yours to decide.
The 30-day fit guarantee.
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange. No questions about why. No proof required. If it doesn't fit, doesn't suit you, or doesn't live up to what we said it would do, that's enough.
What we can take back.
What's eligible depends on the piece. Bras need fit-testing. Intimate apparel doesn't.
- Bras (The Everyday, The Active): Can be tried on briefly over a thin top or your own bra. Tags must be attached. Original packaging must be intact. No signs of wear, sweat, makeup, deodorant, or perfume.
- Panties (The Brief): Hygiene seal must be intact. The brief cannot be returned once the seal is broken, regardless of whether it's been worn.
- Bodysuit (The Form): Hygiene seal must be intact. Same rule as panties.
What we can't.
For hygiene and product integrity, we can't accept returns that show:
- Signs of wear (stretching, fabric pulls, body oils, marks)
- Removed or detached tags
- Missing or damaged original packaging
- Broken hygiene seals on panties or bodysuits
- Scent of perfume, deodorant, or detergent
If a return arrives in this condition, we'll send it back to you at your cost.
How returns work.
Returns are processed by email. Here's the flow:
- Email us at info@comfycurve.co.za within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and which pieces you're returning.
- We'll reply within 2 working days with return instructions and the address to send to.
- Ship the items back at your cost, with tracking. We recommend a tracked courier so you can prove delivery.
- We inspect on arrival (1-2 working days). If everything's in order, we move to step 5. If not, we'll be in touch.
- Refund, credit, or exchange processed within 10 working days of receipt.
Refunds, exchanges, store credit.
You choose. All three options are available on every eligible return.
- Refund: Back to your original payment method. Allow up to 10 working days from receipt for it to reflect in your account, plus bank-side processing time on top.
- Store credit: Issued as a one-use discount code, valid for 12 months. Often faster than waiting for a refund to clear.
- Exchange: Different size, different colour, different piece. We'll cover the cost of sending you the replacement. You cover the return.
Damaged or defective items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, that's on us. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo at info@comfycurve.co.za. We'll cover the return shipping and you choose what happens next: replacement, refund, or store credit. This sits outside the fit guarantee and follows your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
