Refunds at a glance.

We offer a 30-day fit guarantee on every order. If a piece doesn't fit, doesn't suit you, or doesn't do what we said it would, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Your choice.

How refunds work.

Refunds are processed within 10 working days of us receiving your return. Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method, with bank-side processing time on top. Store credit is faster and valid for 12 months. Exchanges are processed in the same window.

What we cover.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we cover the return shipping and you choose what happens next: replacement, refund, or store credit. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. This follows your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return shipping. We're a new brand in our first season and we're keeping change-of-mind returns customer-paid while we find our feet. This will change as we scale.

What we can't take back.

Bras can be tried on over a thin top with tags and packaging intact. Panties and the bodysuit are intimate apparel and need their hygiene seals unbroken. Anything returned with signs of wear, removed tags, broken seals, or scents from perfume, deodorant, or detergent will be sent back to you at your cost.
